The First Step
The Automation Audit — €500, fixed
Every engagement starts with an audit, because the most expensive automation is the one that solves the wrong problem. It isn't an automated scan or a questionnaire: over one to two weeks we sit down with the people who actually do the work, map where their hours go, and review the tools you already pay for.
- If we don't surface three automatable processes with a clear return, you get your money back.
- The roadmap is yours either way, whoever builds it.
Our comprehensive audits typically require at least 5 hours of deep-dive analysis. Have a smaller scope in mind? Let’s chat to find an approach tailored to your needs.
You get
- A process map of the repetitive work — where hours leak, per team and per tool.
- An automation roadmap — every opportunity scored by time saved against effort to build.
- A tool-stack verdict — what to keep, what to connect, what to replace. We're tool-agnostic: n8n, Zapier, Make, Clay or custom code, whatever your stack calls for.
- A fixed-scope proposal for the first project — the build that resolves the most, priced before it starts.
Growth Marketing
Marketing that runs itself
The revenue side of the business stops depending on someone remembering. Audiences rebuild themselves from your CRM and customer data, email and lifecycle flows go out on the moment rather than the calendar, and every new enquiry is enriched and answered while it is still warm.
What sits under it
Budgets and strategy stay yours to sign off. The system only moves the levers you have already approved, and nothing reaches a customer without a person sending it.
Business Operations
Repetitive work becomes workflows that just happen
The work that repeats every week stops arriving as work. Invoices come in as finished drafts, data moves between systems without re-typing, bookings and cancellations handle themselves, and the questions your team answers all day get answered from your own documentation. What reaches a person is the exception, not the routine.
What sits under it
The agent prepares the action; your person approves it. Escalation is part of the design — a bot that does not know is built to hand over, not to guess.
Data & Analytics
Answers from your own data, in a secure environment
Stop waiting for the report to find out what happened. The numbers pull themselves from every tool with the commentary already drafted, your product analytics are implemented so the definitions hold up, and you can ask your own business a question in plain language instead of filing a data request.
What sits under it
You decide what the numbers mean; the system makes sure they are in front of you in time. The data stays in your environment, on your accounts, scoped to what each person is allowed to see.
How we work
Fixed price, short path to live
No account managers, no open-ended consulting meters. You work with the person who builds the system — and you know what each step costs before it starts.
Intro call
Thirty minutes: where does the repetitive work hide, and which two or three workflows would we look at first?
Automation audit
One to two weeks. We sit down with the people doing the work, review your tool stack, and hand you a written roadmap - each opportunity scored by time saved against effort to build.
Proposal
A prioritised roadmap: a written report ranking each process by the human time it can realistically free up, alongside a cost and effort estimate and a proposed build sequence. You review and sign off on what gets tackled first before anything is built.
Build
We pick the project from the roadmap that resolves the most, agree a fixed price, and ship the first working version in weeks. Progress arrives as working software, not status decks.
Refine
The two weeks following launch are the most critical part of the process. With version 1 live we monitor the automation closely in real conditions, surfacing the edge cases the audit could not predict and closing them one by one.
Handover
The system runs in your stack, on your accounts, documented and handed over. We stay available to extend it.
Don't see your problem here?
The method carries further than the menu. If your repetitive work looks different — HR onboarding, planning, something we haven't named — the audit finds it either way.
